Shirts are to include Alterations and Zippers if Applicable.
Dept. will supply Dept. Patch to be sewn on Left Sleeve.
Vendor will supply American Flag (Stars to Right, Dark Gold Outline) to be sewn on Right Sleeve
Vendor will supply CLASS2 or CLASS3 SLEO Patch to be sewn on Right Sleeve in lieu of Flag
Gold Hashmarks will be placed on bottom of Left Sleeve if applicable.
Option 1: Dept. supplied Badge Patch to be sewn on Left Breast. Option 2: Badge with badge # embroidered on Left Breast
RANK: Sgt Chevrons on Sleeves; Admin will have rank embroidered on epaulet and/or collar
First Initial and Last name to be embroidered on right breast in 1/2" Block Lettering - Gold or Silver by Rank
K-9 ast in 1/2" Block Lettering - Gold or Silver by Rank
Pants are to include alterations and a 1.5" Gold Poly Stripe
